The Process

I offer free consultations, affordable energy sessions, and a range of tips to help you on your way to wellness. 

Sessions usually start out with a brief checking in about what the client would like to focus on (any physical condition/ailment or mental, emotional, psychological, or spiritual focus). This is often followed by introducing an energy exercise either while standing or sitting (if appropriate) to promote the balance of basic energies. During the main part of the session, the client lies on the massage table while Anne works hands-on with the body and the energy systems. This includes holding acupuncture points on the body, tapping, massage-like movements, as well as working in the biofield (aura). While the energy is being worked with (and sometimes afterward as energy shifts integrate), it is common to experience shivers, cold, hot, shaking, pulsating sensations, emotions, or to just feel really relaxed and even fall asleep (during the session). The last part of the session will be focused on integrating the work that has been done so that the client can continue their day in a happy, relaxed and energized way. Sometimes it can be helpful and advisable to have time after the session to take it slow and to enjoy some time away from work or daily duties. This will further encourage the energies to do what is needed in order to reorganize to a new way of being in balance.
